How to Make a Claim
- Report Incident: Immediately report the incident to the transport operator and VoomNow support within 24 hours.
- Gather Evidence: Collect necessary documents (police report, medical bills, photos of damage, etc.).
- Submit Claim: Log in to your VoomNow account, go to the affected booking, and select "File Insurance Claim".
- Processing: Cornerstone Insurance will review your claim and, if approved, disburse payment to your bank account within 5 working days.
