User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") creates a contract between you ("User") and VoomNow ("Platform"). By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

2. Appropriate Use

You agree not to use the Platform in a way that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Service Termination

VoomNow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. VoomNow makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Lagos State Court of Arbitration in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
